Our cookies are made fresh to order so they will last approximately 4-6 days as long as they are kept in a sealed, airtight container. Refrigerating your cookies upon arrival will help to preserve freshness. 

YES! Wrap each cookie individually in plastic wrap, then aluminum foil before placing them in the freezer. To thaw, unwrap the cookie & place in a room temperature airtight container overnight. You can also warm them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes from frozen. Cookies can keep for up to 2 months in the freezer.

Typically, it is best that orders are placed 5 - 7 days in advance to ensure the delivery date that you want. Large orders should be placed 3 - 4 weeks in advance.  

YES!. Dolci di Giovanna operates under the regulations of the Rhode Island Cottage Food Law. This allows us to bake and sell goods out of our private home not subject to state licensing or inspection. However, we have our food business license and we successfully completed the required Food Handler program for Food Handler Certification.

All orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST on Tuesday are baked and shipped the following week. We ship all orders 2Day Express. Please note we are not responsible for delays due to the carrier. We ship to all 50 US states!
